Shipping Policy

1. Delivery area

We ship to addresses throughout the Netherlands. Availability for other countries, if offered, is shown on the order page at checkout.

2. Handling and delivery times

• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Delivery within the Netherlands typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and carrier.
• Business days exclude weekends and Dutch public holidays. During peak periods delivery may take slightly longer.

3. Shipping costs

Any shipping charges, free-shipping thresholds and express options are shown on the order page before you complete your purchase, so there are no surprises at checkout.

4. Tracking

When your order is dispatched you receive a confirmation with tracking information where available, so you can follow the parcel until delivery.

5. Delivery issues

If your parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible via email contact@nutrafame.com, Telegram @shubhammalva, or WhatsApp +917055567447 with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

6. Packaging

Orders are packed discreetly and securely to protect the sachets in transit. Fuugu Power Foamer is a dry powder product and does not require refrigerated or special transport.
